I should have mentioned this earlier but, I attempted to backup the System State via the Windows Backup tool and I got a catastrophic error. Decided to do this prior to registering the Windows installer. Rebuild?

Just trying to install FrontPage 2003 and I'm getting this error when I run setup.exe. I try running the MSI file itself but after entering the key code, install just aborts. Is my OS hosed? By the way, auto-run not working either and it is not disabled on my cd-rom drive.

For business reasons I do not wish to bore you with, I may have to downgrade my Exchange versions. What changes will be noticable to the clients if this is done. Clients use Office 2K or Office XP. I understand there will be very visible changes in OWA.

Have a strange problem here. Calls are automatically going to cover on one of my extensions. Phone is not on SAC. STA STA looks normal. When I remove COV, it rings busy! I've TTI'd it out and back in and the problem is still there. I haven't rebuilt the extension yet but that is my next...
Our users are not being prompted to change their passwords. Their account passwords are all set to expire (Do not expire box is not checked).
I checked group policies already and there doesn't seem to be an option to switch this on or off.
