Just purchased an XM24 expansion module and I'm having problems getting it to work. Here's what I've done so far on my phone to test:
1. enabled expansion module in station form
2. created brdg-appr on 1st 2 buttons of XM24
When someone calls the bridged #, it rings and my display shows 'Call to ..." but the corresponding button on the XM24 does not light up. I also tried programming some of the buttons and the phone behaves as if the XM24 was not even attached. I've switched cords too. Am I missing something or did I get a bad piece? Thanks in advance.
