Calls automatically going to cover

Have a strange problem here. Calls are automatically going to cover on one of my extensions. Phone is not on SAC. STA STA looks normal. When I remove COV, it rings busy! I've TTI'd it out and back in and the problem is still there. I haven't rebuilt the extension yet but that is my next step. Anything else I should look at or try?

How many call-appr buttons do you have on the station? If there is only one, then you need to go to the 2nd page of the station form and change "Restrict Last Appearance" to No.

If that doesn't solve your problem, I would look at the cover path and make sure that you don't have the criteria wrong. Make sure that "active" and "all" are stroked to no.

Thanks for the reply. User is on a 6408D+ with 3 call app buttons. Coverage path is the same used by everyone in the company. Hi phone was working fine up until yesterday. I'm just going to rebuild the station.

Is the extension a bridged appearance on another set? Ran into a similar problem where this was the case and the Send all calls option in System Parameter features on Page 4 was set to "station" This meant that when the stations with the bridged extension on it pressed their send calls button, it took along the original with it.

I would probably suggest doing a "Status Station" on the extension. If it has SAC showing as Y, then deactivate the Send all calls.

The other option is that the coverage path is set to Internal and External ALL go to cover. You may want to check this out if it is a new station.
