I appreciate the information dexman, the part that really is odd is when I put the small PC voice mails into a R7 or R6 they work fine. Stranger things happen and after 43 years of doing this you learn to never say that can't happen.
I have a strange proplem with an ACS R8.0 and a small PCMCIA R3 voice mail card. When I use a small vm card the voice mail is so noisy it can not be used in either slot one or two. If I replace it with a large card it works fine. I replaced the small VM card with another new card and the same...
Company 1 wants calls going straight to the auto attendant and I plan on doing this by setting up an extension in coverage group without voicemail, done this in past and works. Company 2 wants calls to ring at a group of phones then going to voicemail afterhours. I plan on doing this by having...

Also they used line redirection after hours to owners cell phone. Will I be able to still do this with the way I have the calls routed through hunt groups
Did this cutover this evening. I was told originally that this was PRI. THe order was placed on new circuit for T-1 wink start. This was the same setup as original circuit. Had CO send 7 digits and built the hunt groups. Calss are being routed as needed. The only problem I am having is with the...
Not for sure why they had that setup with all the copper lines. Changing the exsisting pri that has no DID to pri with DID.What the customer does is dial 9 for outbound calls that are routed out on PRI
Forgot to mention that they are porting the numbers over to the new PRI circuit. The setup that was done on this was lines 025-048 setup for E&M pool b Pool A contains all the copper lines. When the porting takes place will I have to make any changes to the PRI pool
They have 2 copper hunt groups was tring to break this up by way of hunt groups. If i understand this right just assign outpulse # to a hunt group and this will work ok
Have a cutomer that has an exsisting t-1 that is used only for outbound calls. They have 24 copper lines for incoming calls. Not for sure why other vendor set this up. They are going with a DIA circuit from mccloud. I am not a Nortel guy per say so thats why I thought this would be the easiest...
