If i was to have the CO outpulse hunt group numbers and assign stations that need to ring on incoming calls members to the hunt group would this setup work good? Thanks in advance

So, your outgoing T1, is now a PRI, that you will port your pilot coppers to and use with new DID's. Good idea. Then jerry's first post applies.

Is this still in planning? Make sure the customer has PRI keycodes, or you're providing them, or you'll be stuck with the system down at the cutover.

Also, make sure the MICS software is at least 6.1MR.(preferrably 7.1)

PRI wasn't supported on early revisions.

Did this cutover this evening. I was told originally that this was PRI. THe order was placed on new circuit for T-1 wink start. This was the same setup as original circuit. Had CO send 7 digits and built the hunt groups. Calss are being routed as needed. The only problem I am having is with the DID numbers not working. Setup DID as stated above target lines with private to the station number. Nothing happens when dialing number. Did not spend alot of time on solving problem due to the fact of the time. Will go back to finish. Thanks in advance

Also they used line redirection after hours to owners cell phone. Will I be able to still do this with the way I have the calls routed through hunt groups

You setup public received digits not only private received digits for the target lines for the DIDs right? If you didnt that would explain why DIDs are not working

If the digit drop is not working at all the number of digits might be in question. as far as public/private; if you leave the target line as private and just give access to the stations that need it it works a bit easier and makes troubleshooting easier also.

Rel 4.0 was the first with PRI but it seems every release had some problems with PRI up till 7.1
