I have a pri cutover coming up and was wondering what would be my best approach to have incoming calls route to 2 seperate autoattendants. The system is Magix R4 and the voicemail is Voicegate wizard. The voicemail has the ability to have multiple tenants but by means of trunks. Any suggestions would be appreciated

Company 1 wants calls going straight to the auto attendant and I plan on doing this by setting up an extension in coverage group without voicemail, done this in past and works. Company 2 wants calls to ring at a group of phones then going to voicemail afterhours. I plan on doing this by having the digits sent be part of a coverage group and have group appear at the phones they want to ring. My ? is how to make this extension go to a seperate auto attendant than company 1

It's going to hinge on the voice mail - the call is going to get there via an extension covering to the VM group. What the voice mail does with it at that point depends on the VM system.

Merlin mail does this with "class of service". Merlin Messaging lets you assign an auto attendant to a mailbox number. Voice gate - Don't know!!
