Have you added the users to the AC Application user profile?? If you have, depending on the software, you may have to restart the CM Attendant Console service on all your servers in the cluster and then it should work.
Thsi has happened to me, depending on the carrier. Sometimes they have a CallerID block on the lines and they don't show it, if the number recently changed over to a new carrier, You may have to goto your rep or even have the telco come out and prove they have CID, before it is connected to...
I really do appreciate your guys help or any input!
What we have is we created ip-phone services named with the particular LLC name and then created user-ID with Pin. Then we added and associated this server with a user. For that particular LLC site, they can web interface and add/edit and...
Does anyone have any knowledge on how to configure system speed dials on the CCM 6.1(2).
We are moving from a 3.3(3) version and having big issues with converting these system wide speed dials.
Any help is appreciated!
Thanks for the input. CDR is a pain. I could not login as an administrator and I checked the Admin guide for the default and had no luck. I even called Cisco Tech Support & the tech had trouble with it. I gave up on the CDR, but will further check into another accounting package.
Thanks to...
I have tried CDR, but it gives me nothing. Not sure if I understand it.
Im using CCM 3.3(3)(sra4)
I can login to CDR fine, but I cannot locate where to input the extension I want to view the history nor can get any individual info.
I definitely am going to have to mess with it a bit.
Thanks...
I have had this issue in the past with one of our remote sites and traced it to the FXO Module.
Try calling in and doing a
"Voice Call Sum" command on the router to make sure the line is hitting the router first and is supposed to go where its directed.
If it is good, if you can replace the...
I have a dept. that wants to view how many calls a few extensions are making. They don't want to be specific with #'s dialed, but just really account how many calls are made or total time on the phone.
Can this be done without purchasing an Call Accounting software package?
Also, Can...
Try restarting the TFTP Service through the CCM Admin:
Cisco Callmanager Servicability/Tools/Control Center
Select your Server and then Restart the TFTP Service.
Hope this helps
I am looking for the latest recommended self study books or kits to study for the new CCENT/CCNA tests.
I have done some searching, but a new book is being published Dec. 27 2007 and am unsure if I need to wait till its in stores or if the latest books for ICND1 are ok or not. Any advice...
Thanks. It led me to the CCM Compatability matrix, but some our current routers, soon to be replaced are on higher versions than what it states for 3.3(3).
Not sure if that means I have a problem and it hasn't reared its head yet or higher IOS versions are ok.
Anyway, thank you for your reply.
We are currently looking toupgrade from our existing CCM ver. 3.3(3)sra4 to 6.x.
We are changing out all of our routers before the upgrade and I want to make sure the IOS will not affect anything on the current 3.3 ver.
My question is what IOS ver. will have to stay at with the new routers...
I did forget to add the problem, Sorry
Problem we are having is when the system reverts to SRST mode, phones fallback fine.
We can receive calls, but when you try to make a call we are getting re-order tone immediately.
It won't let you pulse any digits for outbound.
Version of CCM is...

Yes, I took it about 2 and half yrs ago and failed it twice. The 3rd time I barely passed. I studied harder for this test than any other test. I Studied less for the CCNA cert and did great on that test.
