Attendant Console Software

Hello,

I installed the attd console software on two new pcs. I enter the CM IP address as well as the diretory number on the basic tab. When I click save I get an error stating that I cannot connect to the server. Am I missing something?

Have you added the users to the AC Application user profile?? If you have, depending on the software, you may have to restart the CM Attendant Console service on all your servers in the cluster and then it should work.

I figured it out. I should be using the CM Subscriber IP address. I was using the Publisher in error. My attd consoles are working now.
