Just had a bcm450 ip installed, seems everyone on call forward (at least to voice mail) gets this annoying double buzz on their set when call is redirected. Disabling redirect ring option doesn't solve this issue.
Is it something we can get rid of? It's very frustrating when you have a client...

When I put night mode into auto, I used same key they used to manually put it in night mode, which there is no icon so wouldn't show. Thanks a lot guys

Got a question for the pro's here. BCM 400 console when in night mode will only show "Night Service" on the display.
Now for some specific reason, we have to call forward the console "after" the night service is on.
Problem is we don't know if call forward actually IS on since it won't...

I created a clid for the helpdesk, which is fine when they call out, but is there a way to show a unique number for all of them when they use their lines to call internally?

everything is working fine now, and you're right - key 1 was not receiving clid but cpnd from key 0 and dndd did the trick
as for sending out did's, most people wanted that here but all they got was outing main # since clid table has main number in 0 and seems all sets were build...
Nortellian, you're right, it has nothing to do with icda (allowed or denied result is same). It's dndd that does all, as for tdd all sets already have tandem, but also dnda, so guess some changes are to be made
