External cfw to an extension??

Anyone knows if it's possible to dcfw to external # than a specific extension? Thanks guys

ghtrout ...should I read "You can DCFW to an external number only"??? and not to a specific extension after?

I don't think you could get the system to consistently decide when it is supposed to dial the extension, after it dials the external number. But it is worth a try, using * as the pause.

yes, you can cfxa then dfcw to an external.. a common work around is to build a maxp 1 acd ncfw to the external..

if it works internal but not external look at cdb opt cfo, change that to cff and it will work external as well.. cff uses the ncos of the forwarding station to determine permission as opposed to the orig trunk ncos
