Got a question for the pro's here. BCM 400 console when in night mode will only show "Night Service" on the display.
Now for some specific reason, we have to call forward the console "after" the night service is on.
Problem is we don't know if call forward actually IS on since it won't show on display.
So the receptionist has to call main # to make sure it is call forwarded.
How can I show up on display if call forwarded?
