Has anyone had any real world experience with integrating Ring Central Trunks and the Avaya I. P. Office 11.1.2.2?
According to diagrams on both sites (Avaya.com and RinCentral.com) they showing the IPO connected to a router -> Modem -> Internet cloud -> ring Central cloud.
Or the other way...
It is my understanding that the old white expansion units would fall under legacy equipment and are not supported (supposed) to work in releases 9.1 and above. I don't have the bulletin any longer, but there's one out there.
Does anyone know what the PEC code is for a BM-32 wall mount unit for 1416 and 1616 telephones? I just can't find it. Looking for 6 mounts.
Using the spine connected to the telephone with the telephone mounted doesn't work well, because the spine breaks after a very short peroid.
Finally, a solution! I changed to the ICR "Fallback" vs using the Group -> Fallback -> "Out of Service Destination"(Leaving it at "None") and it all works.

One more thing for all: When AA is engaged and we push 5 for the Main hunt group, when it's out of service the ICR drops or go dead.
