any news on the FAQ for Qsig connection from Mitel 3300 to Nortel? We have a link from a 3300 to a Nortel and the Nortel end keeps falling over. It would be useful if we could check the settings on both ends against those recommended by you guys.

Upgraded Enterprise Manager to 4.0.2.1 & OPS Manager to 7.6.2.2 today which cured the problem.
Just seems a bit of a shame that the latest release of E/OPS Manager does not coincide with the latest version of 3300 software.

Have installed Ent/OPS Man on a site with 2 3300's Rel.8.0.7.16_2 All works ok until it comes to using MAC forms in OPS Man. When loading user database the system hangs at 6%. Error in event viewer:DBA Error : Com exit ene connect (26504).
My company uses a solution from Activa Solutions. We use the Veritel Pro product and have very few problems. The set-up we have records trunk side on one system and Mitel VOIP calls.

I'm having trouble deleting a subnet from Enterprise Manager (3.0) which is no longer used in my company's network. I just can't seem be able to delete it. All nodes have been removed. It's not too important, more of a house keeping issue.

Does this mean that that when the console boots on a default VLAN it still 'sees' the DHCP options sent out and then switches to the 3300 VLAN to recieve its static address?
Login at installer level and type in ipconfig show.
This will show the IP Address details for the plane you are logged into.
For a redundant system login to the other plane and repeat.
I've just installed Enterprise Manager on a site with an SX2K for the first time.
When an EM Client PC logs on to the SX2K the numeric key pad does not always work, ie PF4,PF3,PF2 Keys. The customer is getting frustrated and it causing me loads of hassle.
