Thank You, Thank You!!! It was the "Minimum Digits" on the MDR2000 that was set to 4, I changed it to 0 and we now see Internal calls.

Ok doing the following in the MDR2000 I can see the "L" records with ext to ext (Internal) calls listed so I know it's getting to our OTM... or at least that the MDR2000 is seeing it.

I kind of thought that same thing after reading more posts here. Unfortunately the Costing in OTM's Telecom Billing System is only seeing Ext(D) to Trunk(T) and Trunk(T) to Ext(D) no Internal(L) calls.

Yes I tried setting Internal calls to a "Test" costing sheet with all zero amounts with no luck. It seems like I'm missing a setting on our 61C because during the Collecting process in the Data tab I never see any “D to D” calls only “T to D” and “D to T” calls.

Recently area code 234 was added in our area, a couple prefixes are local and a few are long distance.
Local prefixes should be "521 650" and LD prefixes should be "207 380 466 521 567 650 788".
The way the current programming is set up it's allowing both the Local and LD calls to go...

No we do not have to 10 digit dial for local calls. I posted our NPA because I'm a NEC tech new to Nortel and I looked at similar posts and saw they always mentioned checking your NPA for area codes and Nxx for prefixes.
When I look at both NPA and Nxx for our local area code/prefix that...
We have a newer local area code (234) used for cell phones that will only works if you place a 1 in front of the number, other wise you receive a pause then a fast busy after the number is dialed. (Our normal local area code is 330)
