We have a newer local area code (234) used for cell phones that will only works if you place a 1 in front of the number, other wise you receive a pause then a fast busy after the number is dialed. (Our normal local area code is 330)
I worked with AT&T to track the calls going through our PRI's, they only see the calls where I used the 1 and not the failed calls without.
From reading posts to this forum I was able to gather this much information already on our switch (61C). Being an actual NEC tech I know nothing is this simple and I must be missing something here. Any help would be extremely appreciated.
Thank You!
