I got the second one (Build 2) from Support as the first did not fix the issue.

I got today from support the solution.
There is a critical Patch for IP Office Manager 9.1.0.0 build 437. It will replace the existing version with 9.1.0.6 build 1.

I can suggest that you use the IP Office TAPI driver (unfortunately you will need to install it on any PC. I have build it at the customer and I use a free ware for hotkey dialing etc... It works pretty well.
