Hello I am having an issue connection to the voice mail via procom plus. I called Avaya and the can connect and login. I sure something in my settings is off but when i reach the interface i do not get prompted for login then i lose connection after a minute. Can anyone assist. Thanks

Matept. just add 3700 to the TN you want to have it ring on. Follow the pattern above were it is on key 8. There is no pointing to personal DN. It is just a DN that is assigned to 4 now 5 people. Thanks
