Hey all very new to call manager however here is my issue calling xxx-xxx-4202 directly i get intended target. however if i call 800 xxx xxxx (cxall handler if that is correct term) enter extension 4202 i am transfered to 4009. I lloked at everything on 4202 as far as call forwarding internal external. I know the handler is not doing anything i know the cti is not doing anything however i am stump. i reset the phone and nothing help!!!!! thanks all and go easy on me please.

The call handler is in the voice mail system, there may be Call Routing rules in place that are causing this, or other call handlers etc.
Is this the only number having this issue?

By chance does this Call Handler have a Caller Input defined for the digit "4" and if so what happens if the caller presses only the digit 4 (and no other digits)?

I would start by finding out what number your 800 goes to exactly. Sounds like your AA. So I would look at the Call Handler for that. The DID isnt going to touch that Call Handler.
