    CCVP Bootcamp Question

I dont believe there are any labs on the tests. I've taken the first (2) tests and was able to pass with the Cisco Press books and Pass4Sure. Studying for the last (3) before they change the VP track. I've had (2) employees go through the bootcamps and they are very time intensive. Pretty...

    Callpilot Reporter Install

I have the same issue. The readme file for cpmgr 05.00.41.30 states that CP500s00G18s should be installed on the Call Pilot server during the installation of cpmgr 5.0. My question is, did you install the PEP or did you only upgrade the standalone CPMGR to 5.0? Thanks,

Active X control not marked safe for scripting

I'm looking for information on the .cab file that is "not marked safe for scripting" for CCMA. I know the workaround is to add the CCMA server as a trusted site. But, if any other sites are added as trusted sites then, the "Initialize and script ActiveX controls not marked safe for scripting"...

Seeing spanning tree on the port that our ELAN was connected to was the problem for us....the link between Call Pilot and the 81C get dropping. Once Spanning Tree was disabled the connection stabilized. Not exactly sure why Spanning Tree was causing an issue for the ELAN and I'm not a...

    CCMA 6.0 and Symposium 5.0

Since you are using CCMA to administer a SCCS 5.0 server, where did you install the License Manager for the Contact Center? Also, I'm trying to install CCMA and it gives me a run-time error at the end of the installation. Only information is on the top of the error pop-up that says...

    TTY to Terminal Server

John, Can you post the part number for the 21 pin to 21 pin cable? We dont have a break out box so pardon the stupid question but when you stated "loop back everything except 2 and 3" is that on the DB-25 or the RJ-48 and how exactly are you looping back? Thanks

    TTY to Terminal Server

I'm trying to connect an Option 81C to a Cisco terminal server. The problem is that I can't get the TTY to respond through the ethernet cable. The terminal server is in a different room than the PBX so, the terminal server connection is coming into the PBX room via an RJ45 patch panel (all...

    911 calls

Thanks for the reply. I'm familiar with Plant/CML and their Vesta product. Also, I've seen Positron at NENA/APCO but, I don't want to rely on the vendors for information on the PBX. Because, I want to make sure that were not buying any packages we dont need or wont use. I will search for...

    VoIP Phones - 1120E & 1140E....

The 11xxE phones are nice because they have the RTCP XR agent in the phones that can respond to exceeded thresholds on the QOS issues (not sure if the i200x have the agent). So, if you have a product that is monitoring QOS on the Network then when the user defined QOS thresholds are exceeded...
