Call pilot not taking calls??

I get the message CallPilot is up but not processing calls due to the following services are not operational.

Call Pilot Blue Call Router
Call Pilot Time Service

Any ideas, can't find anything in documentation.

After a few more resets and card reseats, my callpilot is up. thanks for the help.

I'm going to Cherry Point to upgrade the switch and vmail system.

(time and blue call router) were both big problems before i installed my pep package on the original install.. if i had to live with that mail, i would have nortel spend some time finding the cause... nothing was normal, any of us should be able to get one to answer without 9 reboots a reload and a couple of swift kicks.. i can do a shutdown/restart in less then 4 minutes.. handsoff.. you may have a virus on the server os...

it is a small world and a better one when a us marine has your back..
