    Acquiring an ACDN

thanks guys, captaingadget, I have the ACDN on the in calls key, but I can't add it as a CDN in Symp because its an ACD not a CDN - the acquire fails. I built this ACD the same as another that is acquired but can't figure out what is missing to acquire it...thanks again.

    Acquiring an ACDN

I am setting up a new app in Symposium but am using the ACD as a backup. I have a similar setup with another backup ACD and noticed it is acquired, so I am looking to make them the same. I think it has to be done in the PBX but am not sure of the load or command. thanks

    inter digit timer

I have a script that allows for a person to choose to go to voicemail by pressing '0' if they have waited more 5 min in queue. I have the inter digit timer set a 5 seconds, but would like the ability to have the caller choose the option at any time while in the loop...if I set the timer to 60...

    Master Script

i have it this way and sure enough, after a while began running into space issues (50K character limit on SCCS 5)...now everything has to be re evalutated and put into its own primary.
