Thanks for all the help. I did a FDL of the MISP card and everything is working fine now.

I've tested each DSL by unplugging the corresponding the corresponding line and L1 goes down when I STAT the DSL. When I reconnect it L1 goes up when I STAT the DSL. I am going to do a force load on the MISP and see if that changes anything.

Does anyone see anything that might help?

I have the need to some how tie about 5 phones together, preferably analog, so that if any of the phones pick up the receiver all other phones ring, and all phones can talk to each other like a party line. I need to do this on an Option 81C. Thank you in advance for your assistance.
