OK:I believe that I've determined the 206 module(refurb) to be bad, go figure. With the new line 7 verified with butt testor, the line was attempted to be reached by "Intercom 807", no DT. I powered rack down, swapped 206 with one that was in Slot 3, powered rack up, and checked Line 5...

Forgot to mention that once I didn't get dial tone on line 7 on phone sets, I then used #301 program to assign line 7 and line 8 to two available buttons on phone set. I tested new line 7 with butt testor before I had powered up switch. When it didn't work on top port I then moved to bottom...

The file from Avaya is pdf. If you have access to Adobe Writer, Not Reader you can edit. I believe you can use Word and "annotate" on top of the file... Good Luck
