    I tried to use that. The number wouldnt dial but I did get the modem trying to handshake but it would never complete. So I tried that short one instead.     I used +ms=v90... it was what worked on the win98 machine and it seems to be the one for the win xp machine with a conanext 56k modem

    I use the remote tools for the newer systems that we have. The KSU is 30MVM05. BTW, how do you run a back up from the NM 3.7? On the other NM I would select Scheduler and then run the back up. I dont see any where on the 3.7.
