Cisco 804 ISDN help

Hey Yall!
I have an old Cisco 804 ISDN router. They were gathering dust in our warehouse and I thought to ask some questions bout them.
Question 1: Can this be used a switch?
Question 2: If it can be used a switch, how do I reset the router-I have no idea what the config or the password might be.

Any help would greatly appreciated.
