    There is a Long Distance Verification number you can dial to Identify your Long Distance carrier. I know it is a 700 number, however I cannot remember it fully. It could be 700 555-4141 or 700 555-5555? anyone remember?

    Yes, TTT, it is a Partner Mail VS R5. It has been in service many years w/o issus. I am going to change out the Proccessor today as changing out the VS R5, had no effect. Are the Mode Codes generated by the Processor or from other boards like links in a Merlin Legend?

    Unplug cable plugged into port. From System Program, perform a "System Reset-Save All" #728. After reset, plug tel directly into port and see if it restores.
