    Have you tried dialling the number directly to see if the call routes? If it doesn't, change the cor to one you know works. Also what is the full DDI of the missed call is it in +81 format for example or 0081?

    MT is a maintenance alarm. Did you delete the messages before you removed the subscribers. You will need to stop and restart the Message service, as with most VM errors.
