Hi All,
Ever since we upgraded our IP500v2 to 7.0.27 last week we can see the phones (5420) updating the time/screen. Its only the Extension name, number and the time portion of the screen that you can see refreshing but its annoying me and annoying me more that the users keep pointing it out...
Cheers guys for all the suggestions so far. I do already copy the smdr file from the oak call recorder and place it in our test call logger. The problem Is this is only being done at the end of the day so that records/data isn't duplicated. Could be my script isn't complex enough? Currently...
Hi all,
Does anyone know of a product that can split SMDR output from an IP Office and drop it into multiple locations?
All sites have IP500v2 with 6 or 7 firmware so can't use Delta Server.
Currently the SMDR output is used by our Call recorders but we are now having to implement call...
Did you do anything on them that may have sorted the problem? or it just stopped?
I think its CCR version 7 as it worked fine for 2 weeks on 6.1 and before the upgrade.
The only thing I can think of, is the Upgrade didn't upgrade it properly and its done something to the registry. I've...
I have an daily intermitant problem with CCR where the AvayaSbccRTService.exe service keeps maxing out the CPU on the server. When it does this, the stats obviously are then affected because its not able to keep up with the calls.
I haven't been able to link it to any event ie Reports being...
Has anyone else got problems with CCR and ONE-X not logging/changing hunt group status on IP handsets?
for example I'm in the Supervisor account on CCR and under monitor. Whilst monitoring a queue I decide to take someone out of a group. When I click on the agent I get the usual One-X box with...
Bas1234 - if it is some sort of Analogue to ISDN convertor, did you ever get it to work?
Sounds a little to similar for my liking as the box NTT provided has 3 ports (1 for each ISDN) and a port for the ADSL.....all provided on RJ11
haha thanks amriddle01, i was hoping someone knew exactly the Pin Outs before i went down that route.....trying to avoid having to find somewhere and ask in Japanese for RJ11 ends (I only have a limited few in my bag to do a couple of combo's)
I have got the cable wired as I would do in the UK, however doesn't work still.
I thought it was a signalling issue and have changed the system from Alaw to Ulaw and doesn't make a difference either....
Do anyone know what the PINOUTS are used for Japanese ISDN2?
The standard PIN layout that we use in the UK doesn't seem to work.....
Also their ISDN2 looks weird, instead of getting a seperate box for each ISDN2, one little box has been provided for all three.
On this box there is then 3 RJ11...
Did you upgrade from version 1.5.3 to version 1.5.4?
This caused similar problems for us. I got around it by uninstalling totally and then reinstalling to 1.5.3. Once on 1.5.3, I upgraded to 1.5.4 and it was fine....no errors.
However noticed the directory works differently now though. It...
Nothing changed other than the infrasture server which is new ie it does domain controller, DHCP, DNS. File servers and Print servers are still the same.
The servers that were moved from the old domain to the new domain haven't experienced the problems that the windows XP machines have....
The...
Just checked and the PC's only have the windows standard lmhosts and hosts files. They haven't been editied in anyway.
When we migrated the pc's we dropped them from being on a domain back into a workgroup, cleared old profiles off the machines, restarted and then joined them to the new domain...
Hoping someone else will have experienced this problem as well and knows the answer...
We have just changed most of our servers and at the same time, we changed our domain name to what it should have been years ago.
The problem we have is, all PC's that were already existant on the old domain...
We have an IPOffice in Japan with a convertor to allow the PRI card to be connected to Japanese Telecom. (J1 cards aren't supported or sold anymore I'm told...apparently since version 2.1)
This convertor works fine but there are a few grey areas that need to be ironed out.
The first is the...
