Voicemail sents that info to the PBX.. If you see no issues with transferring calls to ext within the PBX than I would expect the voicemail. You can turn off voicemail and restart to see if that helps or unfortunately replace the voicemail. Good thing there pretty cheap on the used market...

the only way that i know is a RAD and a serial cable with laptop. short of defaulting the system by shorting the capacitor. but you would have to reprogram the whole system.
