have a fiber NAM behind a MICS. have never set up the auto attend but have use to transfer call into station mailboxes by voicemail transfer. set up auto attend and when it get to an station promp, dial the station number, it goes to that station rings 3 times and returns back to the auto attendant prompt all over again. never had this happen before. nam is a 4 port on fiber, all DRT rings are set to 6, forward do not answer set to 3. does it for any station dial. what did i miss. no general mailbox.

You don't mention software versions. If the MICS is 5.0 you need to install the redirect patch in the NAM.

Make sure your call forward-no answer rings is lower than the transfer return rings.

Its easier to apply the fix as well you will have a NAM that is worth something.
