reset norstar 0x32 password

I have a norstar 0x32 ksu.The password has been changes.when i enter 266344 nothing happen.There is no voicemail or rad on site. Could someone point me in the right direction? I need infor on how to reset the password.

the only way that i know is a RAD and a serial cable with laptop. short of defaulting the system by shorting the capacitor. but you would have to reprogram the whole system.

You should be able to do it using DEBUG programming. You could try a search for that.

If you don't follow the FAQ you will lose any keycodes and the sysid will change making the keycodes useless.
