I have a problem whereby my CCMStatistical data transaction logfile is increasing everyday, by very large amounts, probably about 15-20gig/day. I can shrink the file and get the space back, but need to find out what is causing this.
CCM version 6SP2.

Is there any way of finding out call stats on an operator 5550 console like call answering times/abandoned callers/transfers to certain destinations. I dont think the call history can do this and dont have the luxury of having call accounting.

Im not 100% certain on this so I have the following question. If I have an agent that I no longer need and want to delete that agent from my 3300, but want to retain the historical ACD call stats for that agent, would I only need to take away that users CCM license ?
Yes I am aware of that. It will warn you when synchronisation is performed, that you cannot have traditional and Hotdesk ACD agents in the synch reports.

I have a load of Traditional ACD agents which I will need to make resilient. Is this is a case of deleting the agent and recreating as an ACD hotdesk user and making resilient to its secondary controller. Will I still retain all the historical call stats of the traditional ACD agent ?
