Thank you.......i did have an old laptop running Windows 7 with legacy IE on it. Went theough the process and can now access the gateway from my main laptop using Chrome on W11.
In the XSTIM extension programming, did you set the correct phone type from the drop down list.......A1416 is what you need. Doing that should bring up the button programming at the bottom of the page where you can program whatever xstim features you want....just like any Nortel phone.
You should investigate a Yeastar PBX with an appropriately sized ATA for the analog phones. Office phones can be pretty much any SIP phone on the market. The Yeastar also has a built-in hospitality system and can interface to most of the popular PMS systems. Yeastars come in various sizes and...
I've been working with these systems for over 10 years and they are rock solid. Have never had one of them fail yet and I have installed hundreds of various capacities. They don't install anything themselves but use resellers for that. You can go to their website where you can locate a dealer...
Emetrotel if you like the Nortel stuff and Yeastar for a total IP solution. Both are capable of analog, digital, wireles and voip trunks and analog stations if you need them and they both support pretty much any sip phone on the market. Emetro also supports almost every Nortel phone ever made...
Before getting too carried away, you might just try swapping the power supplies between the 2 cabinets. I've ran into this a couple of times where the supply puts out the voltage but can't deliver enough current to run the phones. It only takes a minute to try it....might save a lot of...
Thanks.......but it's not going onto a BCM......Emetrotel and the firmware can uploaded to them. They are supported on those systems. I thought I read somewhere that they have a GUI which is what I'm looking for info on as well as how to upload images. Lots of places that have user guides but...
I've never even installed one of these but I think I read somewhere that they have a GUI in them. Does anyone know if that's the case and if so what's the credentials to get into one?
Clicking on PRI lines during active calls is one of the major indicators of a timing issue. Like Curly says, make sure your parameters match the carrier's settings.....in particular, the coding and framing ones. If I recall correctly, NI1 is equivalent to DMS-100 on the Norstar/BCM systems and...
I ran into this issue with a few BCM50s. If you're using Chrome, it's probably been auto upgraded and won't support the older protocols. Try using Internet Explorer....it worked for me on the older systems.
