Does anyone know if the HT801/802 can be configured to ringdown........looking at the manualit doesn't specifically say they can.

In the XSTIM extension programming, did you set the correct phone type from the drop down list.......A1416 is what you need. Doing that should bring up the button programming at the bottom of the page where you can program whatever xstim features you want....just like any Nortel phone.

Thanks.......but it's not going onto a BCM......Emetrotel and the firmware can uploaded to them. They are supported on those systems. I thought I read somewhere that they have a GUI which is what I'm looking for info on as well as how to upload images. Lots of places that have user guides but...

I ran into this issue with a few BCM50s. If you're using Chrome, it's probably been auto upgraded and won't support the older protocols. Try using Internet Explorer....it worked for me on the older systems.
