Does anyone know if the HT801/802 can be configured to ringdown........looking at the manualit doesn't specifically say they can.

Yes, on the Advanced page of the GUI, you will find an entry for "Offhook-Auto Dial" - put the telephone or extension number you want to call here.

"Offhook Auto-Dial Delay - 0 to 60 seconds, default is 0

Offhook Auto Dial DTMF - DTMF digits to send after offhook auto-dial call gets connected.
