    Coverage Question

Answering your the initial question, you cannot cover the same call twice. Once it is already covered, it will never follow the coverage of any other object.

    VDN ARS ANA Routing

Exactly. Unfortunately the implications are tremendous: besides the fact a solution cannot be tested internally without preparation, calls arriving on different trunks may select different ARS tables, also there are the internally transferred, covered, forwarded, etc scenarios if you want to be...

    VDN ARS ANA Routing

VDNs will use the ARS/AAR table that matches the caller's location. For incoming trunk callers it is the trunk's location (location of MG for legacy trunks, location assigned to far-end NR in signaling group for IP trunks). In case the trunk has an empty location ARS/AAR table, it will use the...

Call disconnecting - Vector Step Collect 1 digit after announcement

Try "disp events" Category:vector and vector number in search options. What is the announcement source? GW or AMS?

How to preserve outgoing number going thru VDN->Vector

According to ACD guide: route-to with coverage=y command behaves like a directly dialed call instead of a VDN call. Therefore the terminating station's display only shows the originating station's display information and does not show the VDN information. Cannot test it now, but worth a try though.

    TN750C and TN2501 question

Thank you so much WillKoo! Altough I need to use different slot (different cabinet number) because of a MCC1-G650 migration. Sometimes somehow I should try whether it is working with typing in different slot numbers in "change announcements".

    TN750C and TN2501 question

Hi all, I would like to use the announcement boards from an old system in a new one, with all the recordings on it. Is it enought to pull out these cards from the old system and put them in the new one? (Should all the announcements show up in "change announcements" field, or I need to import...

    UID investigation

Hi Guys, Many of the denial events refer in Event Data 1 to the UID, which as I know is a specific number for each entity in the system. My question is how could I interpret these for better maintenance? Any suggestion is greatly appreciated. Cheers, SzuperK
