    I reused the original cord that was attached to the original set. I been informed that the NEW sets that I purchased are a M2008 Aries I version. There is also an Aries II version. The Aries I set, apparently requires an external power supply. I will find one and try same.

    Voice mail issue on BCM

    Try manually setting the night service during the day time (other than 04:30). Then ring the employee phone and identify what happens. If it rings directly to voice mail then and I would agreed with Cook, that the extension is somehow programmed as part of the night service. JIM
