I am new to this forum and not sure if I am even in the right area. One of the employees phones goes straight to voicemail at 4:30pm every day. How do I stop this from happening? thanks so much

I'm assuming this set that is going to voicemail is the control/reception phone? You have services turned on I believe, it sounds like it's programmed as auto. You need to chg it to manual or if you don't use it then turn it off.

If you put the calls to the auto attendent manualy or it could be on a timer at 4:30 that set could be in the ring group of the AA and needs to be removed. In services/ ring group /group 1 or 2.

It isn't the reception phone, just a set. At 4:30 when I leave I set the reception phone to the night service. His phone just automatically goes to vm at 4:30.We have just changed the ring group from 1 to 2 so hopefully this corrects it. Thanks for the answers!

Try manually setting the night service during the day time (other than 04:30). Then ring the employee phone and identify what happens. If it rings directly to voice mail then and I would agreed with Cook, that the extension is somehow programmed as part of the night service.

Tried that Sparkie and the phone rang through no problem without going to voicemail.
