Have been using this system for 5 years and never had this problem, then 2 separate users complained of the same thing the same week, so I don't think it is user error.

I think I saw a post relating to this problem in the past, but can't seem to find it. Anyway, I have reports of voicemails appearing in users in boxes days after the message is left. Anyone have any idea where I should start looking for problems or what might cause this to happen? Thanks

Hey, thanks for quick response. I tried the upgrade, but get error "All selected units failed to transfer". There was one unit in red with check. Then get message "One or more systems failed to upgrade". IP office is installed on E: Drive, path to manager is correct when i check settings...

We had to replace our IP400 DS 16 V2. Trying to intsall new one but when phones are plugged in, it reads Please Wait... forever. On the configuration before the old one was replaced, it said version 6.1 (9) but new one is showing as 4.1 (31). Does this sound like it just needs the firware...
