    Sorry spoke too soon! That was getting the outgoing calls working but now I've tried incoming and that fails. I have setup an Incoming Call Route but the Monitor shows: Present Call, no match (01234111222) from URI in To header or (01234111222) from request URI Any ideas please?

    Thanks for the replies. I needed to add an ACL to the Cisco router from Gamma's IP to ours. The call now remains connected once dialed but no sound (either ringing or voice) is heard on the IPO handset. Speech from the IPO handset is heard by the remote party though.

    Can I ask why a "VPN is not possible at the moment"? We have multiple sites connected to our office all linked with VPN's over broadband connections and the phones work well. There are only ever problems if the broadband connections play up, but that is usually down to issues with BT datacenters.

    I'm having the same issue (see my post earlier today). When you say uninstall/reinstall, do you mean within the Application Server control panel (port 7070) or the application server as a whole? If the latter, how do I backup/preserve voicemail messages/call recordings?
