Hey MerlinMan......will the Merlin Magix light the message waiting indicator on the Avaya 6211 analog phone?

They are currently using industry standard 2554 single-line tels. but considering replacing a lot of them with the Aastra M8004 single-line feature phone. So, can it be done with either of these phones, if not what analog phone will it work with?

Customer's Partner Messaging hard drive has died but I've found a replacement new hard drive on Ebay. The question is will the new drive from Ebay have the Avaya prompts burned to it? I suspect not. Is there a way to burn the prompts to the hard dive from the Partner Messaging PC Admin Software?

My customer is having a problem with their VM/AA system and I'm confident the Partner Messaging board is the problem. Question: The messaging board I removed is an R1, will I have any problems if I install a newer version, IE R7? The process or is an R6.0. Thanks.

Maybe I should add that the user does not want a lot of "whistles and bells" such as Presence or IM; just the ability of make and receive calls Enterprise calls on IPhone, check Enterprise VM, etc.
