thread940-1817625 spoke directly to high frequency noise produced by PSU in the new 500 V2A chassis. Our company just encountered this problem. We were able to swap a working power supply into the chassis to provide immediate relief to the customer but wanted to figure out where the problem was...
Wondering if anyone has tried to move to 11.1 FP1 without upgrading 11.0 to sp4. Just a question so don't hit me too hard. Couldn't I,
Backup the system. Create new servers from OVA, and restore configuration quicker than 2 stage upgrade? I know I'll have to rehost the license, but that's quick...
According to Avaya Support you have to upgrade your 11.0 to SP4 via ISO, prior to upgrade, but yes there is a new Hyper-VHD upgradedisk image to get you to 11.1 FP1 released on 16 Mar.
I'm facing a similar situation right now. Working on an IP Office and Teams integration where customer doesn't want to use Avaya Assistant. DC200K, you said you had gotten the SBC and Teams working and routing calls, I'm assuming direct. In your configuration, did you use Session Manager or...
I'm trying to wrap my head around the way the certificates work with IP Office. Maybe one of you guys could help me out?
I have users using both 1X Mobile and Communicator Client, and I've seen in the Configuration guidelines where it discusses creating a certificate for another machine. So...
Thanks all for your guidance thus far, and comments. I will take a look at the blocking. It doesn't look like digit length issue as the calls from another station, passes identically and I can send and receive e164 to and from locally. However either way I will update shortly. They do have qsig...
Recently one of our customers purchase and IP Office V500 to begin migrating to and decommission eventually his option 11. After numerous you can't do that and you need qsig, we were able to get the tie to come up and send as well as receive calls 4 digit. However it seems as though I can't dial...
As the calls are hosted off the AACC, or symposium, they are not actually calling the phone, hense no call log. However if they have back lines on the agent phone they would still get missed and dialed off that. Else no. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.
I believe you could make this a distant steering code and then alter it with a DMI (Digit Manipulation Index)
So, more or less,
New DMI X 112355Whatever
New RLI X entry 0 (outbound route) DMI of the new one from above
New CDP, DSC 11235554567 RLI X(new RLI from above)
More or less that...
You could always assign an Alternate Attendant DN, which would allow missed calls to go to Alternate without changing Time of Day controllers etc. Just a thought.
What release of CS1000 are you running?
Also, if you go into NRS and go to diagnostics, is there only one path to other side or multiple routes?
Also, did you verify the media perameters are the same on both sides? UDP, payload, port, etc?
ultimately best way to see what's happening is to...
Just wanted to see if anybody had ever seen the above error while attempting to enable a TMDI in ld 48?
I have a CS1000 fully patched and a NTRB21AC rel 2, customer called to say PRI was down. Checked system and found that it had ini'd to clear some call registers. I attempted to reset, FDL...
