Back in the old days, before expanding certain call answerers' worlds with Contact Center, said call answerers could go to the M3904 CALL LOG and figure out that mumbled phone number from a recent caller. Now that those sets are ACD, however, it seems that calls to the InCalls key don't appear in that log.

I checked the OPTIONS>CALL LOG OPTIONS on the phone and it indicates "Log all calls" (although it appears I can't do anything to change or modify it). They indicate that caller ID does show on the screen while they're on the call, it's just not recorded in the log.

Is there a way to change this, or does this have to do with the nature of the Contact Center call and they'll have to live without their beloved log? Your wisdom is appreciatated!

As the calls are hosted off the AACC, or symposium, they are not actually calling the phone, hense no call log. However if they have back lines on the agent phone they would still get missed and dialed off that. Else no. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.
