    I cannot get housekeeping times to save in VMPro 8.0.2003. Any ideas what might be the problem? I'll enter in various hours to delete recordings, etc. and when I reopen the properties, even after save & make live, they're all zero.

    eddiebullman, Looking at the whisper action in VMPro, it would seem that this would work if you added that to the leave action for the huntgroup. Check the help files. You can then set the call to be automatically connected after the announcement "X company call now connecting.

    This keeps happening, cycling through different users, with no service restart. Will try downgrading to 1009 and completely deleting Accounts folder.

    Just as a note, it appears to be happening without a service restart. Keeping an eye on it further, but after fixing the msgnum.txt and deleting the offending WAV file, I've seen some pop up in other users VM. Not sure if I missed them the first time around or not, but no service restart today.
