Hi,
I'm attempting to use the Polycom Soundstation IP 5000 & 7000 on our R8 IP Office and am running into some difficulty attempting to create conference calls with more than two other callers. On our 5420 sets, we're able to conference in multiple users by simply pressing the conference button, but this does not appear to work on the Polycoms. Is this a known deficit or is there some sort of configuration that I'm missing required? I'm able to make and receive calls and conference two callers in a three way call but beyond that, the buttons on the Polycom do not work. I have not tried shortcodes.
