Does anyone know of a way to display a custom message on phones when using the post dial action in VMPro so that the screen of the phone says a custom message instead of "INVITE"?

Looking at the whisper action in VMPro, it would seem that this would work if you added that to the leave action for the huntgroup. Check the help files. You can then set the call to be automatically connected after the announcement "X company call now connecting.
You'd need some sort of call accounting software as the IP Office does not provide any sort of reporting interface.
Sounds like a block of numbers are assigned to the customer and all of the numbers end up pointed to the same destination in that block.

Just as a note, it appears to be happening without a service restart. Keeping an eye on it further, but after fixing the msgnum.txt and deleting the offending WAV file, I've seen some pop up in other users VM. Not sure if I missed them the first time around or not, but no service restart today.
