We are "supposed" to be able to influence CID, and do own the number we are sending, but it's not working. Clearly a carrier issue. Thanks for all your help!
We have several inbound routes and answer phones for different business entities we manage, but our outbound is all the same number. I know our carrier supports per line CID, how would I best set a particular CID for a user making a call? For instance, we make calls for doctors offices, and...
We are getting a really weird recurring (and by recurring I mean a couple hundred times a day) call from a caller of "cisco" with no number. There is never a party on the other end. There is no fax, no wait to connect to a rep, nothing. they call all times of the day, I don't know if it's a...
Xima 3.6.3 came out yesterday, and they asked me to update for a couple of issues I have. It requires a non-openjdk version of Java, so they uninstalled the baked in 1.7.0 java, which broke several services, including onexportal, on my Avaya linux virtual machine.

We recently upgraded our system and in the process were forced to One-X as Phone Manager Pro licenses are no longer available. Unfortunately, we lost two critical tools. We can no longer transfer a call directly to Voicemail. Even more critically, our Queued calls are not stacking for agents...
Is it possible to have a user act as a proxy for another user (assistant and physician) in such a way that when we setup a dial by name that sends the call to the Assistant even when the caller types the physician name?
Make sense?
I am trying to setup an ICR that plays different messages and routes differently than my main AA. If I point the ICR to the existing, working AA, it works great.
If I point it to a new Start Point with logic pasted directly from the working AA, I get a "number not found" from the carrier. It...
I created a new Attendant with a specific name. Copied all the logic, the q'd still q'd from the existing, working attendant.
Pointed the incoming call route to the new attendant, which should have acted exactly like the existing, but instead givexs me the "this number has been disconnected"...
My VMPro/Manager server has a date and time that are correct. I have an NTP server setup, and it is accurate.
My phones have the right time. When I open system status from Manager, it says the time and date are in February of 2014!!!
Whats up? Where do I fix?
