We have several inbound routes and answer phones for different business entities we manage, but our outbound is all the same number. I know our carrier supports per line CID, how would I best set a particular CID for a user making a call? For instance, we make calls for doctors offices, and inevitably the patient goes back through their caller id to return our call instead of using our published number. If it was reflecting the inbound route number, they would be calling back to the right entity.
Make sense? I tried a little with the ASR tools, but I can't get it to work right. Would appreciate any tips.
