I have a CS100M with a cassidian E911 system and ALI databse. Currently I have to use my cable records database to input my records into ALI. Is there a better way the PBX can provide me with the correct information for the ALI and Cassidian System. How about internal ESN data?
Thanks

Thanks
All the patches are up to date, INI'd the PBX and did reload. The 0's whould show up in groups of four.
example: 0000 or 0000000000000000

Thanks

Sorry for not getting back for awhile, have been on leave. Multi-user is turned on and there is only one connection to the paddle board. The rest are connected to a QSDI card.
