It looks like browser cache issue. Clear browser cache, load page from server and check. Should solve it. Is it when you launch one-X Portal from Call Assistant? Complete browser screenshot would have helped further.

The ports used by CSTA and DSML connectors are not same. The DSML connection is over standard HTTP or HTTPS port so it is more likely to work in the situations where certain ports are blocked. Check one-X install guide and ports used.
