    Have setup up telephone with no issues, know Intercom DN I plug in ATA and nothing on the analog phone.

    Solution was that the Ci card was in the left slot on the KSU instead of the right side. slot 1 for lines 001-004 is on the right not the left. Oversight.

    Forgot to add...we tested the the CI card that is not producing the results we would expect in another system...it works fine.
